If you’ve ever tried sausage making or wanted to learn how to do it, this class will teach you what you need to know. We will learn to make Sausage from scratch from mixing, grinding and linking, including Italian Sausage, Chorizo and Breakfast Sausage. We’ll move on to use our Sausage for Italian Sausage with Peppers & Onions on Homemade Rolls; Chorizo with Skillet Spanish Rice; Sausage-Stuffed Deep-Fried Olives with Homemade Spicy Ranch Dressing, and Baklava “Sausage Rolls” Dessert.
