SOUTHWEST COCKTAIL PARTY

A Southwest theme combines lots of foods which pack a punch with depth of flavors. Present this menu at your next gathering and treat your friends to an impressive buffet of finger foods! Our menu is Smoked Salmon on Mini Corn Cakes with Dill Crème Fraiche, and Bacon Wrapped-Chorizo Filled Dates, served with. The entrée is Rib Eye Steak Skewers with Cilantro Pesto; Grill Cooked Shrimp with Habanero & Toasted Garlic Vinaigrette; Chorizo Mini Taquitos with Fresh Orange & Tomato Salsa, and Blistered Shishito Peppers with Togarashi, Sea Salt, & Saffron Aioli. Dessert will be Bourbon Pecan Tartlets. We’ll enjoy this party with a Prickly Pear Margarita.
