
TEENS COOKING CAMP CONTINUES – JUNE 11
If you are ages 13 to 17 and want to expand your knowledge and understanding of cooking, this weeklong series will introduce you to techniques, methods, and cuisines. The hands-on lessons offer a new theme each day. Come to learn and experience these cuisines. Our lessons will be:
- WEDNESDAY – PASTA & PIZZA PARTY: Homemade Ricotta; Homemade Mozzarella; Caprese Salad With Homemade Mozzarella & Balsamic Glaze; Asparagus Gnocchi; Homemade Fettuccine Pasta with Alfredo Sauce; Pizza Margarita, and Italian Donut Holes with Powdered Sugar Dust.
