TEENS COOKING CAMP CONTINUES – JUNE 23
This class is part of a week-long series. If you are a teen (aged 13 – 17) who likes to cook and wants to learn more, you will gain a good deal of knowledge in this week-long series. Each day we will focus on cooking methods, techniques, ingredients, recipe reading, knife skills and more. This valuable series provides life skills to cook for yourself and others. Hands-on classes introduce a new subject each day, and end with a meal of the foods prepared. Today this series teaches:
- OODLES OF NOODLES: Homemade Pasta with Tomato Pesto; Sheet Pan Gnocchi with Sausage and Broccoli; Creamy Pasta with Lemon-Pepper Chicken; Pasta with Garlic Oil, Parsley, and Parmesan; Chinese Long Life Noodles; Mexican Macaroni and Cheese, and Peanut-Sesame Udon Noodles with Scallions.
