TEENS COOKING CAMP – JULY 20 THRU JULY 24
If you are a teen (aged 13 – 17) who likes to cook and would like to learn more about cooking, you will gain a lot of knowledge in this week-long series. Each day we will focus on a new topic and cook some great food! This series teaches:
- MONDAY Breakfast of Champions: Stuffed French Toast Roll Ups; Cinnamon Brown Butter Breakfast Puffs; Bacon & Cheddar Egg Bites; Graham Cracker Buttermilk Pancakes; Italian Sausage and Potato Frittata; Homemade Pop Tarts, and Whole-Grain Breakfast Bars.
- TUESDAY Oodles of Noodles: Miso Butter Spaghetti with Scallions; Spinach Pesto Pasta with Shrimp; Zucchini Noodles with spicy Peanut Sauce; Pepperoni Pizza Mac and Cheese; Red Salsa Spaghetti with Queso Fresco; Fettuccine with Parmesan and Olive Oil. and Lasagna Roll Ups.
- WEDNESDAY – Cooking Around the World: Japanese Cabbage Okonomiyaki (Pancakes); Korean BBQ Buns; Greek chopped Salad with Grilled Pita; Chinese Chicken Salad; Chicken Tinga Tacos; Chorizo and Sweet Potato Quesadillas, and French Cherry Clafouti.
- THURSDAY – Pizza & Salad: Margherita Pizza with Pesto; Sausage & Mushroom Pizza; Pizza Monkey Bread; Antipasto-style Zucchini and Cauliflower Salad; Garden Potato Salad; Broccoli Caesar Salad, and Pasta Pizza Salad.
- FRIDAY – Sweet Treats: Skillet Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies; Cinnamon Sugar Cruffins (a Croissant Muffin); Oven Crespelle with Nutella Sauce; Peach Cobbler; Chocolate Chunk Financiers; Strawberry Scones, and Chocolate Pretzel Shortbread.
