Take the opportunity to learn about the foundations of Tuscan cooking and the use of Olive Oil, Bread, Pastas, Vegetables, fresh Herbs, and locally grown Meats. Learn about food, which is humble, authentic, and full of heart with every recipe. Our lesson is Pasta alla Savannah with Italian Sausage; Porcini Rubbed Steak with Creamy Pan Sauce; Grilled Plum & Prosciutto Panzanella Salad; Tuscan Skillet with Gnocchi; Tuscan Creamy Chicken Pasta, and Tuscan Butter Salmon. Dessert will be Italian Almond & Apple Tart.
