Come for a fun and lively class and learn Meatball and Watercress Soup (Canh); Summer Rolls (Rice Paper Rolls filled with Noodles, Shrimp, and fresh Herbs); Pork Patties with Rice Noodles (Bun Cha); Caramelized Black Pepper Chicken;  Glazed Salmon with Chili-Basil Sauce; Vietnamese-Style Broiled Eggplant, and Vietnamese Coffee Swirl Brownies.
