Our lesson is Sopa Seca de Fideos (Mexican “Dry” Noodles with Chicken); Korean-Style Noodle Soup with Shrimp; Pan-Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Apple and Cherry Mostarda; Salmon with Spanish Ham and Hard Cider; Cheese-Crisped Pinto Bean Quesadillas (Folded Flour Tortillas filled with mashed Pinto Beans, shredded Cheese and crispy Cheese on the outside); Moroccan Meatball Tagine; Eggplant Halloumi Gozleme (Griddled Flatbreads filled with sautéed Eggplant, Halloumi Cheese, and Cherry Peppers).
