We’ll learn to make Pear Brie & Prosciutto Phyllo Bites; crispy Feta Cheese Filo Pastry Spirals with hot Honey; Crispy Spinach Spanakopita Cups; Moroccan-spiced Phyllo & Beef Cigars; Honey Walnut Cream Cheese Baklava; Phyllo Crinkle Cake baked with Vanilla Almond Custard, and roasted Grape and sweet Cheese Phyllo Galette.
