Our lesson of easily prepared morsels, has a wonderful array of flavors with Asian-style Pulled Pork Tacos with Pear & Cucumber Slaw; Cambodian Summer Rolls (Rice Paper Rolls stuffed with Shrimp & Herbs with a Spicy Soy-Garlic Dipping Sauce); Chiang Mai Pork Patties (Ground Pork Sliders with Lemongrass & Makrut Lime); Singapore Chicken Satay; Teriyaki Meatballs, and Vegetable Pakoras with Fresh Mango Chutney (Indian Vegetable Fritters). Dessert will be Matcha Shortbread Cookies.
