Our lesson is Bacon & Chive Deviled Eggs; Asparagus-Goat Cheese Tart; Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce; Sheet Pan Scalloped Potatoes; Carrot Soufflé (Sweetened Carrot Puree baked until puffed & airy); Souffléed Spinach Crêpes, and Glazed Maple-Pecan Oatmeal Scones. We’ll top it all off with Mimosas.
