It’s date night and here is an opportunity to share a fun culinary experience with your partner. You will work as a team with a group of couples and prepare a three-course gourmet meal. When the cooking is complete a sampling of wine will be served with the courses. Join us for a fun evening to make Chilled Crab on French Endive Amuse with Blood Orange Relish and Spinach & Butter Lettuce Fresh Mushroom Salad with Tarragon-Dijon Vinaigrette, served with Chardonnay. The entrée is Salt & Pepper cast iron cooked New York Steak with Butter Sautéed Mushrooms; grill-cooked fresh Asparagus with toasted Walnuts & Gorgonzola; oven roasted White Cauliflower with Turmeric, and New England style flakey Buttermilk Biscuits with Burnt Onion Butter, served with Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert will be Grand Marnier-Chocolate Individual Soufflés served with freshly Whipped Cream & Orange Zest. Priced per Couple.
