Plan a fun date night with your partner and join us for a gourmet cooking lesson. As a team, you’ll be part of a group preparing a three-course meal from scratch. The meal will be served with a sampling of wines. Come join in to prepare Thai Spice Chicken Meatball Amuse with Sweet Chili Sauce, and Grilled Chipotle Caesar Salad with Cornbread Croutons, served with Pinot Grigio. The entree is Perfect Grilled Rib Eye Steak with Fresh Made Molasses & Beer BBQ Sauce; Sweet Potato, Red Onion, & Bacon Hash; Roasted Shaved Zucchini with Parmesan, Olive Oil, & Garlic, and Indian Fry Bread with Desert Honey, served with Zinfandel. Dessert will be Key Lime Pie Dessert “Shots” with Toasted Meringue.
