Our lesson is Steamed Chicken & Cilantro Wonton Dumpling Amuse with Hot Chili Oil and Fresh Radish & Herb Salad with Lemon-Dijon Vinaigrette, served with Sauvignon Blanc. The entrée is Pan Seared New York Steak with Dried Cherry-Shallot Confit & Cola Gastrique; Pancetta Wrapped Asparagus with Zested Lemon; Gruyere & Butter Laced Potatoes Dauphinoise, and Sautéed Carrots & Zucchini with White Wine, Lemon & Mint, served with Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert will be Deconstructed Apple Pie with Salted Caramel & Fresh Made Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Price per Couple.
