Learn the French classics including: Chocolate Orange Madeleines (Cake Shell Shaped Cookies); Cookie Croissant (Puff Pastry Croissants baked with Cookie Dough); Chocolate Hazelnut Flourless Cakes; Chouquettes (French Pastry Sugar Puffs); Crepes Suzette; Raspberry Souffles, and Torsades au Chocolat (Pastry Twists filled with Vanilla Custard and Chocolate Chips).
