Our menu and lesson will be baked Brie Appetizer with Dried Cherries & fresh Thyme; chopped Iceberg Wedge Salad with Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing; pan seared New York Steak with Sauce Diane; grill-cooked fresh Asparagus with Lemon Gremolata; fresh Herb Roasted Carrots, and Petite Baked Potatoes with Butter, Crème Fraiche, & Chives. Dessert will be Chocolate Pots de Crème with Grande Marnier freshly Whipped Cream.
