We are going to dive into the Swiss tradition using a fondue pot and raclette grill to cook food a bite at a time. This table-top grilling and one-pot cooking lesson is Raclette with Potatoes; Buffalo Chicken with Blue Cheese Fondue; Shrimp Bouillabaisse Fondue; Spinach and Artichoke Fondue; Pretzel Bites and Beer Cheese Fondue, and S’mores Fondue, & Champagne White Chocolate Fondue.
