GOURMET COUPLES – JANUARY 2
It’s Date Night! Invite your partner to share a fun, culinary experience with a group of couples and create a three-course gourmet meal. Each couple will work as a team and from start to finish to prepare part of the meal. When the cooking comes together each course will be served with a sampling of wine. Come have fun and enjoy our Prosciutto, Fig, and Parmesan Rolls (Prosciutto wrapped around thin wedges of Parmesan with Fig Jam); Romaine Salad with Feta and Herbs, served with Chardonnay. The entrée is Salmon Piccata (Salmon with Lemon and Capers); Roasted Green Beans with Onions and Balsamic; Orzo with fresh Herb Vinaigrette; Roasted Butternut Squash with Shallots and Thyme, served with Pinot Noir. Dessert will be Lemon Rosemary Olive Oil Cake. Priced per Couple.
