Here is a chance to learn a fabulous three course dinner in one evening! Invite your partner to come and share a fun and lively cooking experience. Each couple will make the recipe of their choice. We will serve the meal with a sampling of wines. Join us for Sage & Gorgonzola Cheese Gougères Amuse and Salad of Walnut Crusted warm Goat Cheese on Baby Greens with crispy Bacon & Champagne Vinaigrette, served with Sparkling Wine. The entrée will be Slow Braised Chicken Coq Au Vin with Mushrooms, Shallots & Red Wine; grilled fresh Broccoli; Provencal Style crispy Roasted Potatoes with Garlic & Lemon, and Cast-Iron Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts, served with Pinot Noir.
