Many pasta shapes can be crafted by hand. In this class we’ll learn to make great tasting Pasta – rolling, folding and turning it into classic shapes. Our fun morning will be spent by learning to make fresh Tortellini filled with Spinach and Cheese; fresh Orecchiette with Parsley Pumpkin Seed Pesto; Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Sage; Pappardelle with Italian Sausage Red Sauce; hand cut Semolina Gnocchi alla Romana, Fettuccine Alfredo, and dessert of Risotto Rice Pudding with Brown Sugar, Vanilla Bean Paste & Fresh Berries.
