TEAM BUILDING
Sweet Basil team building offers a group of co-workers the chance to get away from the daily challenges and share a fun, constructive learning experience – cooking together in our kitchen! The Team Building class offers each person attending a hands-on learning experience, copies of the recipes, and a wonderful meal of the foods prepared. The three-hour class begins with a short lecture about the recipes, then everyone is invited into the kitchen to cook. When the food is ready we set up a buffet and the group sits down to enjoy a great meal!
A trained chef works with the group guiding and directing the preparations; and an assistant is there to help participants & take care of the dishes so clean up is a non-issue! Groups are welcome to bring wine or beverages and we can supply wine glasses. We provide water and iced tea, aprons to use in class and copies of the recipes to take home.
If you need a way for your group to share a rewarding time where all can participate, this Team Building experience may be a great way to bring everyone together.

PRIVATE PARTIES
When it’s time to gather your friends together for a special occasion – Birthday, Anniversary, Shower, Graduation, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or any special occasion, a private Cooking Class is a great way to celebrate with everyone sharing a fun experience, being together and cooking!
A private party is three hours and begins with a brief lecture about the food to be prepared. Next the group is invited into the kitchen to cook in teams of two. That’s when the fun begins! Each team makes a recipe of their choosing from the menu, and the chef is there to assist as needed. Here learning, discovery and great results happen! When the cooking is done we set up a buffet and everyone sits down to enjoy a great meal.
Private groups may bring wine and beverages. We provide water and iced tea, an apron to use in class and each person receives a copy of the recipes to take home.
