
LUNCH AND LEARN – MAY 16
This special class will treat you to a lunch and lesson you will enjoy and remember for a long time. Come and join us to learn a Niçoise Salad in our DEMONSTRATION. This salad is made with wine-poached Salmon, Green Beans, Hard Boiled Egg, Baby Potatoes, Tomatoes and Parsley with a dressing of Olives, Parsley, Lemon Juice, Mustard and Honey, served with Garlicky Dill Rolls and Butter. Dessert will be Whipped Lemon Mascarpone Mousse.
