This class offers a lesson on how the light bubbly flavors of sparkling wine can be used to create something special when it’s used in each dish. This fun menu includes Seared Sea Scallops with Champagne-Vanilla Butter Sauce; Mixed Greens with Avocado, Bacon, & Feta Cheese in Champagne Vinaigrette; Asparagus & Champagne slow cooked Risotto; Champagne Poached Salmon with Shallot-Butter Sauce; Seared Chicken with Rosemary in Champagne Sauce; Butter Sautéed Carrots with Dill & Champagne, and dessert of Refreshing Peach & Champagne Sorbet with Raspberry Sauce.
