Are you curious about making Cheese from scratch?  Come for a fun afternoon to experience what good Cheese making is all about. You’ll learn how to make Ricotta, Mozzarella, Cheddar Cheese and Mascarpone Cheeses. From there our recipes use the Cheese to make Dirty Martini Cheese Dip; Rockin’ Tacos; Ricotta Mashed Potatoes; Fig & Prosciutto Bruschetta, and fluffy Roll Up Cake with Mascarpone & Whipped Cream Filling.
