THE JOY OF CAKE DECORATING

If you have wanted to create a beautiful Cake of your own, come join us for a fun morning of cake creation. This class will teach you how to layer, fill, frost and decorate from start to finish. Each student receives a cake to practice techniques demonstrated by the instructor including creating borders, flowers, leaves, and writing using a pastry bag and tips. In the end you will take home your own beautifully designed Cake! Our lesson includes: How to make perfect Buttercream Icing, how to properly fill your piping bag, how to crumb coat your cake and then seamlessly enrobe the cake in icing.
